Book a HeartSync Ministry Session

To book a HeartSync session with Evelyn Bitencourt, please follow these steps:

1. Select a 2-hour time slot on the calendar below.
2. Fill out the Intake Form (once you select a time slot, you will be automatically redirected to the form or you can Click Here.)
3. Please make sure you execute the liability release forms which will be emailed to you for e-signature once you select a time slot.  It may take up to 48 hours for you to receive this email.
